Diversity in Science is a program designed to address the deficits in math and science in our schools and to encourage those traditionally excluded from science careers.  Each program focuses on a scientific and mathematical topic and uses arts and sports as a vehicle to get children excited about science and math. Each program contains scientific experiments, the engineering of musical instruments, and the physics of sports.  We give the junior scientists a dance break in the middle of the program to help reinforce their learning and to provide movement during the program.
